Construction (Layer-Up)
Outer Face: High-temperature silica/AR glass fabric (≈260–300 gsm), optional anti-wick finish.
Core: 3.0 mm flexible silica-aerogel insulation (hydrophobic, low-λ).
Activation (Targeted): Flexible intumescent tapes beneath seam allowances, zipper guards, cuffs & storm flaps (activation ≈180–200 °C; ~20× expansion).
Inner Liner: FR viscose/para-aramid comfort layer with low-lint edge sealing.
Note: Intumescent is strategically placed (not full-area). Seam-map provided to approved OEMs.
