At Wedge India we offer low price 120 to 240 minutes 2 to 4 hours Fire Rated Partitions made of various options Calcium Silicate, Vermiculite, MgO Boards and High Density Mineral Wool.
Fire Rated Partitions are specialized wall systems designed to resist the passage of fire, heat, and smoke for a specified period of time—typically 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. They are crucial in industrial, commercial, and residential buildings to contain fire within a specific area, allowing safe evacuation and minimizing property damage.
Key Features of Fire Rated Partitions:
Fire Resistance Rating: Certified to resist fire for a specified duration (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours).
Standards & Certifications: Tested and certified as per UL, ASTM E119, BS 476, or IS 3614.
Common Applications:
- Fire escape staircases
- Data centers/server rooms
- Electrical panel rooms
- Between industrial production zones and office areas
- Airport terminals, hospitals, and schools
